How far do the musicians have to travel? Are they bringing their own equipment or does the venue provide it? (Mics, speakers, cables, etc.) How long do the musicians have to play? How many musicians do you need? Do you have any special musical requests, requiring that the musicians have to transcribe, create parts for, arrange, set aside extra rehearsal time etc? Do the musicians need to travel to more than one location (e.g., a church, followed by a hotel reception/party)?
